		<description>These looks fantastic!  I don&#039;t know about others, but I like step by step pictures for recipes.   Some things probably seem simple and self explanantory to the serious cooks, but for regular cooks like me it helps.</description>

		<description>Yum!! I love dim sum, but rarely make it at home. This is a dim sum-like dish that sounds pretty easy to make. I&#039;m going to have to try it :-) I prefer ground pork, though, so I&#039;ll probably swap it for the chicken.
